Rates

Concierge and traditional (in-office) counseling are offered at the rate of $110-$160 per session. Sliding Scale is available based on need.  For clients wanting more support, I also offer other non-traditional services including HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing, encrypted e-mail, and telephone sessions.  Counseling Packages are also available at a reduced rate.

Insurance

I am an “out-of-network" provider for most medical plans. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the  first thing you should do is call them directly.

Therapy services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most plans reimburse between 20% to 80%. Check your coverage and contact your provider.

Helpful questions to ask:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the procedure for reimbursement?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
